Speedy was an honorable man of many titles. He was a loving husband and father, a beloved son and brother, and a distinguished friend and officer at Mission PD. At work, he enjoyed teaching rookies, mentoring colleagues, and serving his community. At home, he enjoyed spending time with his family, BBQing, and emphatically cheering on the Dallas Cowboys.
When Speedy wasn’t inside the classroom leading a training course or out and about patrolling the community, you could see him on A&E’s Live PD and National Geographic’s Border Wars TV shows. That’s right, our very own hometown hero was also a true action hero on TV.

“What’s new with me?” OHH, so happy you asked!
Welllll…For the last few months I’ve been on tour (Alaska they have reindeer sausage! ) and working on a new show for NBC where I play a doctor (enema anyone?).
We’ve also been working on a new little home for the web. I was hoping you wouldn’t mind if I went all grandma-style by pulling out my scrapbooks (yes they have glitter on them) and sharing a few memories, past and present.

Participó en diferentes obras teatrales en compañía nacional de teatro. Durante 10 años de su carrera teatral, haber trabajado en shows infantiles, centros nocturnos, le llegó la oportunidad en la pantalla chica con el programa Un Nuevo Día, conducido por César Costa y Rebeca de Alba. Más tarde en programas como El balcón de Verónica, Mas Deporte en el que dio a conocer su personaje de Poncho Aurelio.
A principios del 2006, conduce el programa de concursos Buenas tardes, a lado de Omar Chaparro que se integró después, saliendo del aire debido al Mundial de Alemania 2006. En el 2008 forma parte del elenco de la telenovela de Roberto Gómez Fernandez, Alma de hierro, y para el 2009 conduce el programa 100 mexicanos dijieron después el programa fue suspendido pero retransmitido en abril del 2010 y sigue hasta la actualidad, siendo conducido por el mismo como el personaje de El Vitor en cada caso. En el año 2012 participa junto Omar Chaparro en la película mexicana Suave Patria.
En 2014, fue el presentador de la tercera edición del programa ‘Bailando por un sueño’. Pero se retiro a la semana 7 por compromisos con Televisa por el Mundial de Fútbol y deja su lugar a Latin Lover durante 3 programas para regresar a en la final para después regresar a Brasil.2014 estelariza En La Telenovela Mi corazón es tuyo, en el papel de Johnny. Protagonizada Por Silvia Navarro Y Jorge Salinas.
