Refund/ Exchange Policy
Top Box Entertainment‘s Refund and Exchange Policy is as follows:
• All sales completed through www.topboxtickets.com
are final.*
• Tickets will only be refundable or exchangeable if the entire show is
cancelled.
• Refunds are done for the face value of the ticket.
• Service fees, processing fees, and any other fees, such as delivery
fees, are not refundable.
• Refunds are only available for the first 5 business days from the date
the event was to be held.
• If the show is postponed your original ticket will be honored at the
rescheduled date, and no refund will be issued.
• Once tickets are issued, they should be treated like cash and will not
be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.
*The standard policy for most venues and many artists, teams, etc. is NO REFUNDS or
EXCHANGES.
